Our services are designed to support new non-profits, businesses, education and research institutions with little up-front capital. Packages are negotiable based on each organization’s needs. Grant Package Rates: 

“Find Funding” / Funding Match Package: $2,500

Gain a detailed list of potential funding opportunities that match your organization or special projects. Package includes:

  • Initial Consultation: discussion about your organization, strategic priorities, special projects, and funding needs
  • List of Potential Funding Opportunities: a detailed list of potential sponsors that match your organization and up to three special projects including important information like deadlines and tips for how to apply
  • Coaching Session: a discussion presenting the detailed list and helping you prioritize which funding opportunities to pursue and when

Proposal Writing Package: starting at $2,500

Get help writing a proposal requesting funding from a sponsor. Package includes:

  • Initial Consultation: information gathering consultation to assess your organization’s competitiveness for the selected funding opportunity
  • Funding Proposal Checklist: a checklist describing vital information about the potential funding solicitation, requirements of the application, and steps to apply
  • Draft Work Plan: a plan answering key questions about the project or program and outlining goals, objectives, and key action steps to accomplish the project or program
  • Draft Budget: budget outlining costs associated with the project or program
  • Concept Paper: a brief 1-2 page concept paper introducing the project or program that can be shared with future potential collaborators or sponsors
  • Funding Proposal Narrative: a refined funding proposal narrative (up to 4 pages) tailored to the sponsor, ready for review and submission. This includes up to two rounds of change requests. *note: Additional written pages charged at $100 per page. Each round of additional change requests accrue a $250 fee.

Workshop Rates: 

Basic Grant Writing Workshop Package: $2,000 + travel costs (Price based on up to 12 participants. $250 for each additional participant.)

This 1.5 hour grant writing workshop is short and sweet, and perfect for introducing basic grant writing concepts, including: finding and writing grants with tips and tricks on how to develop a quality proposal. This package includes:

  • a 1.5 hour grant writing workshop
  • access to helpful grant writing tools, templates, and examples
  • a one-hour consultation and preliminary list of potential funding sources for each participant

Firestarter Workshop Package: $3,500 (1-day) or $5,000 (2-day) + travel costs

FireStarter is a fun, interactive one or two-day “playshop” for groups of individuals or teams to kickstart their ideas for projects, products, or programs. It incorporates elements of the strategic visioning, creative ideation, and grant writing workshops to help a group of individuals or teams come up with innovative ideas for projects, plan the project, and then strategize methods for funding the project. This playshop is perfect for 10-25 participants and appeals to both logical left-brained and creative right brained learning styles. Each participant is invited to step out of their comfort zone, push their boundaries and further develop their ideas following a unique curriculum focused on teamwork, creativity, and best practices in project development. The one-day FireStarter playshop helps participants:

  • strategize to develop the concept for an innovative project or program
  • answer the most important questions in project development,
  • plan the story of how a project will play out,
  • understand how to write a successful concept paper that can be shared with potential collaborators or sponsors, and
  • arm participants with tools & templates to fully develop ideas and successfully apply for funding.

The optional second day is a writing intensive workshop for participants serious about moving forward with their projects in the near future, and includes developing a:

  • work plan with project timeline
  • budget
  • concept paper
